good
the serum is thick, more like a cream, yellow in color, which indicates the presence of retinol and a corresponding smell. I apply it to dry skin immediately after washing, wait 10 minutes and then apply toner. the first week I did not feel anything, then the skin began to react, a slight burning sensation appeared, especially felt on the neck. I do not know if it is from the serum or from something else, but 1 painful pimple appeared on my cheek

Effective
Received a sample of this retinol serum and was eager to try it as I use a number of other Kiehls products. It seems to be effective, although only using it for 3 days I can’t tell completely. I did get some dry skin on my neck, so if i used it again, I would build up slowly or buffer with a moisturiser.

Great product
Really great product. Not too greasy and i feel the results are really noticeable. Nice packaging and easy to use. Keils is a company i have used before and find their products to to be great at a good price point. I use in the evening times as know that retinol can leave your skin sensitive to the sun so if anyone wants to use during the day then you should also apply SPF. The product also recommends to use before a moisturiser as it can also leave your skin feeling a little dry

Good retinol serum for sensitive skin
I used a sample size of this serum so can't comment on the long-term effects on wrinkles and pigmentation, but in the short-term it improved the texture of my skin and there were none of the usual side-effects I get with retinol products. The first time I used it, I felt a very slight tingling but there was no redness, and a few days after I noticed some minor peeling as my skin got used to the product. It feels lightweight and comfortable on the skin.

Very light and gentle
I'm currently using a sample that I received and so far, so good. I really like the cream like texture of this product and how easily it is absorbed into my skin. The sample size should last for a few more days so I'm going to use it in particularly wrinkly areas to ascertain its effectiveness in this respect.I'm quite tempted to now buy this in a full size...
