Love it but a luxury!
I bought a big pot of this over 2 years ago and I am still using it, a little goes a long way and it’s not an everyday shampoo. The smell is gorgeous, deep and sensual.A tip, the texture is like a jelly, take a bit and lather in your palms before applying to hair otherwise it’s tricky to lather up. I use it for special occasions and when my hair is needing a treat.

Not for everyday shampooing!
This shampoo is transformative, with proper use. There are videos and instructions availe through the Philip B site, but essentially: use weekly, pre-wash with clarifying shampoo (love the peppermint and avocado shampoo for this step), lather and leave it (I go 5-10 minutes), then follow with a nourishing conditioner (My fave is the lightweight). In winter, leaving the Rejuvenating Oil in hair for a couple hours (or overnight) before washing makes it even better. My previously frizzled colored curls became glossy and springy with this routine right away, and have stayed that way (2 + years so far).

Not worth it.
This smells fantastic, it has a warm creamy amber type scent. The textire of this is very unusual, it has a thick stretchy consistency, which reminds me of honey. It lathers and rinses well but I don't think that it doe sanything special that warrents such a high price tag. I also don't like the way this comes in a screw top jar, I find it very impractical to use in the shower.

Love it, hate it
I bought a smaller pot of this a couple of years ago but I wouldn't purchase it again. It left my hair feeling soft and shiny and it smells so...expensive. However, it's very difficult to use. It has a glue-like texture which needs to be softened with a little water in order to be able to massage it into the scalp. The only problem is, one I added water, it became super slippy and fell out my hand. Given the high price tag I didn't like wasting it. If it was thinner in texture, in a bottle and about half the price I could consider using it again.

Hard to use
I have tried the sample of this before, it was in a little bottle so that I could add water into it and make bubbles for shower. In that case, the shampoo worked perfectly on my hair and this is why I bought the full size product. However, after I received it, it came in a pot and you needed to directly use your hand to scoop up every time you use it. The texture feels like melting candy. It’s hard to apply as it will stick in your hair; it needs a lot of effort to make bubbles and the outcome didn’t really satisfy me as before. Considering the price, I thought this shampoo should be better than others, yet it disappointed me. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who wants to buy worthy and convenient shampoos.
