Actually works!
I had a small bottle of this from a GWP years ago. I happened to come across it whilst organizing and ironically, it was perfect timing as I’d had a pain in my leg for a number of days (after a leg cramp). I was amazed that this actually works! It greatly reduced the soreness in my calf. That being said: I do wonder if the massaging motion on the leg contributed towards this in addition to the gel. Additionally, I didn’t feel any ‘warmth’ as mentioned in the description - it’s a cooling gel. Pleasant, calming scent and a holistic way to look after aches and pains.

Worth a try for achy bits
Having suffered from achy bones in and around my neck and shoulders for years I e tried a fair few products. I decided to ditch my usual patches and try this gel a few months ago - so far it’s been quite good. The scent itself is fairly relaxing and the initial cooling then heat effect certainly feels like it’s working on any aches. I tend to put it on in the evenings after a hot bath - and a little goes a long way. Doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin which is a bonus.

Really works for tension areas
I discovered this product originally as part of a gift pack from another store and started using it. I have since repurchased from Space NK. Wow, it is so fantastic for those tension areas like shoulders and neck. It actually works! I like using it on areas before bedtime but also if required just before a workout which helps while the body gets heated up with exercise. Actually works!

Relaxing gel
I love this gel after my evening shower and before bed! My muscles feel a lovely warming sensation and are relaxing thanks to it. Really great to wind down! The smell is just like the massage oil or the shower oil of de-stress range, really an amazing spa experience!

Magic gel for muscle and joint pain
What an absolutely marvellous gel this is. It’s quite potent at first as it has a very strong lavender scent initially but it does fade as it sinks in. I used it with oil form the same brand before bed and I have great night sleep free from cramps. Another family member also uses this for her joint inflammation and apparently this does wonders!
