Hair Wash: Thoroughly wet your hair and section into four equal parts. Apply a generous amount to the first section, making sure the product reaches all sections of your scalp. Give your scalp and ends a gentle scrub using the pads of your fingers. Glide product from the roots to the ends of your hair, ensuring all strands are coated. Repeat with remaining sections. Rinse and continue to scrub your scalp while rinsing.

Hair-Mask: After cleansing with hair-wash (sold separately), apply a generous amount of hair-mask from roots to ends in sections. Use fingers to smooth product through your strands, gently detangling as you go, section by section, ensuring all strands are thoroughly coated. Leave on for five to 10 minutes. Add more water and gently detangle with fingers or a detangling comb. Rinse. If you like, leave a small amount of hair-wash in hair and 'scrunch' it in with water to help lock in moisture.

Hair-Oil: There are 3 ways to use hair-oil.

• Post-wash: If your hair is super thick, curly, coily or dry, apply a small amount all over wet hair after washing and conditioning with the hair-wash and hair-mask (sold separately)
• In-between wash: If your hair is in need of added shine and suppleness in between wash days, apply to mid-lengths and ends of dry hair
• Pre-wash: For any hair type, apply all over dry hair and scalp as a pre-wash treatment and leave on for two hours or overnight before your wash routine. This will help to protect your hair from hygral fatigue, and give you super soft, supple locks
