another winner from AA
These bath and shower oils are so lovely and luxe. They recommend using this one to "energize and boot spirits for the evening ahead" so I used it the shower (pour a little into your hands, inhale, rub oil over chest and shoulders and step under hot water) before I went out on New Year's Eve. Of course this can be used in a hot bath for an evening at home, but I have other AA oils that I prefer for that purpose. They all smell heavenly and I would never turn anyone of them down but this one ranks a little lower amongst the others for me.

Enjoy using it
I absolutely love this product! I had been looking for an aromatherapy bath and shower gel that would help me feel relaxed, as I often have trouble sleeping. The ingredients are fantastic, the smell is divine and it has a nice peppermint tingle to it that feels invigorating after a long day. I will be ordering more of this in the future.

Treat yourself...
I always love treating myself to a bath every now and then, but I don't make it a priority. When I came across this product, I knew it was what I needed! It smells amazing and has been so soothing for my aches and pains. Not to mention the lavender is an excellent way to help me relax before bed. Sweet and oily
I am a huge fan of Aromatherapy Associates and absolutely love many of their other oils. Unfortunately, this is my least favourite of the range. I find the scent a bit sweet. The smell fades pretty quickly to then leave an oily scent. It is not "reviving" at all. A miss for me.

Stabilising
This is a very special shower oil. Its scent provides a calming feel without too much of a relaxation effect. I would say it is a balancing and calming scent. I have sensitive skin and even applying this directly to my skin is non-irritating and smoothing. Another fantastic product from Aromatherapy Associates.
