Burning for up to 90 hours, this scented candle provides the warm, elegant fragrance of exotic spices and mysterious incense. It combines the fragrances of vetiver, patchouli, aniseed, spices, cistus, Tonka bean and incense.
Diptyque Scented Candle Cognac Ambre should be burned for at least two hours on first use to ensure that the entire top of the candle becomes liquid wax. This will help ensure that the candle will burn more evenly with subsequent uses. The wick should also be regularly trimmed before lighting.

Warm, spicy scent
The Ambre candle by Diptyque is a warm, inviting, cosy spice scent. At this size it fills the room nicely, and lasts well. I find these single wick candles need to be babied a bit to eliminate tunneling, and while it would be preferable to not have to do it, it’s still worth it.

Absolute divine scent
Diptyque is a really growing on me, and this has become one of my favourite go to scents, perfect for any time, but I specially like to lit his candle in the winter. The scent just envolves the entire room, it is long lasting and complements my space amazingly well.

One of the underrated scents
I wish I could gatekeep this scent, but it really is the best Dip scent out there. It has oudy undertones and it quite musky but the overall way to describe this would be a "rich warmth". Some may say that this is a 'winter scent' but this burns well all year round (perhaps more of an evening scent in the summer months). Scent lasts well even when not burning.

Love love love
My favourite diptyque smell and the coloured glass of this candle is so special. Burns evenly and lasts forever so an investment piece. I have a few of these but the Ambre has a great throw without being too heady and is a statement in the room. Great gift or for yourself!

This is addictive
One of my absolute favorite candles. The scent is comforting and elegant. Although the notes lean towards winter/autumn time, I would be burning this all year round. There’s something magical that happens when you light this candle and it truly transforms the space you lit it in. My only complaint is that this candle doesn’t come in size bigger than 300g, which means that I have to keep buying it more frequently.
