Generally think Diptyque's candles are good. This figuier is not my personal favourite however. I think I am just the minority as I find fig scent so so....it's quite light and burns evenly, and in the end there is quite a lot of black smoke coming from the candle even though I trim it every time. It s an okay candle but for me it is not a must buy candle.

Divine smell but not strong
This is absolutely one of my favourite Diptyque candles and the smell is divine. It is fresh and smells like a field in Italy. It comes in a beautiful glass and burns nicely. I took off one star as I find the smell is not as strong as other candles.

Subtle but beautiful
This candle has a rather subtle scent, fresh and light. If you are a fan of Dyptique’s Baies candle then this might disappoint a bit as it doesn’t have that “punch” and the throw is not that strong. But personally I prefer this candle to Baies as it can be lit up in smaller spaces (like bedroom or bathroom) without being too overpowering. I am also quite partial to the fig scents so it’s a winner for me. Brownie points for beautiful design, as usual.

Not very smelly!
The fig scent is wonderful but it’s just not strong enough! My patchouli candle from Sainsbury’s smells wayyyy stronger and just as nice. If you’re going to spent this much money on a Diptyque candle just go for the Diptyque Baies scented candle (berries i believe)
