Make-up bag staple!
After struggling with the way my foundation looks when applied & how it wears throughout the day, I decided to try the Laura Mercier primer as I'd heard good things. I now don't wear foundation without this as my base. Despite being a really light consistency, it provides me with a pore-minimising effect and helps give a smooth skin base prior to foundation application.

Lush Primer
I had a sample of this primer and fell in love with it. It’s so lovely and hydrating and feels super light on my skin. It also helped my makeup stay out throughout the day too. I also loved that it didn’t congest my pores too which some primer can do!

The must-buy product from Laura Mercier
Foundation Primer is the must-buy product from Laura Mercier. I absolutely love it and tried basically all of them. After I tried different types of primers, now I use this Hydrating Foundation Primer most of the time (except summer, in summer I will use Blemish-Less one). Especially in winter, it moisturizes my dry skin, being the perfect primer for the following foundation. This is the product I can't live without.

An essential product
I always use Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser all year round and as the weather gets colder, I also like to use this hydrating primer underneath to add an extra layer of hydration and create a smooth canvas to apply the tinted moisturiser on top. It's a really excellent primer that keeps my make up looking fresh for much longer.

Dry skin saviour
When my skin was at its driest this was the only primer I could use that even remotely helped. Without this primer my makeup would flake off and break up so quickly I looked ridiculous. It’s nice and gentle and make my makeup look nice for far longer than any other product has. If you have very dry skin, I really recommend you try this out.
