Ideal for defining the brows and highlighting the brow bone, the formula helps to conceal stray brow hairs between waxing appointments. Use the widest side of the tip to provide the ideal amount of highlight on the brow bone.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Pencil is vegan and cruelty-free. This eyebrow pencil features a precise tip that allows for detailed application for easy blending as desired. This eyebrow pencil can also be used as lip liner, concealer or as an eyeshadow base.

To start, warm the eyebrow pencil on the back of your hand before applying. Then, apply Pro Pencil at the base of the brow and swipe from the front of the brow through the tail end. Finally, blend using Brush 20 for a smooth finish. For those with dry skin, use a moisturizer before applying Pro Pencil. It can also be applied along the lip line, as an eyeshadow base or used as a concealer anywhere on the complexion.
