Twilight eyeliner- dry
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that this is a healthier alternative to other eyeliners but it is dry and breaking on me. I am now using a brush to apply. It's a good wearing liner but the formula needs to improve so I can apply it straight from the tube.
