- For a sheer wash of color, swipe the wand along your lid to apply a thin layer. Start with a small amount of product—a little goes a long way.
- Gently pat with your finger or use a brush to blend. Liquid Powder sets quickly, so we recommend working on one eye at a time.
- For a deeper dose of colour, apply another thin layer and blend with your finger or a brush. Let the first layer dry completely before adding more colour.

All-day eye shadow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first shadow that actually lasts all day for me. I love the color. 4 stars because it's less forgiving then a regular powder. You really have to blend/spread it fast before it dries.
