Apply the eye patches to clean, dry under-eye areas, with the thinner part toward the inner corner of the eye. Leave on for 20 minutes, then remove and gently massage any remaining serum into the skin. For the powder, use a fluffy, medium-sized brush, tapping off excess before applying to areas you want to set and mattify. After applying makeup, hold the setting mist 12 inches from your face and spritz evenly. Let it air dry to set your makeup.
