The Kiehl's Facial Fuel Energizing Face Wash is a refreshing cleanser that invigorates my boyfriends skin with caffeine and menthol. It effectively removes dirt and oil, leaving his skin feeling clean and energized. However, he can find it slightly drying and recommends following up with a good moisturizer

Disappointed!!!!!
This is my 2nd time of buying the face wash and I must say I am disappointed with this 2nd purchase, it wasn’t thick like the first one I bought and the effect of this second one feels like it’s fake, I’m really confused because I don’t expect spacenk to sell fake products, the annoying part is that I have another one that I am yet to use, I bought it again because the first one I bought was amazing but this one I am using currently is crap and total waste of money.

NEW FORMULA DOESN'T LATHER AND BURNS SKIN
The product used to lather so well and made my skin feel great but the new formula burns my skin and doesn't lather at all. Such a shame, this was my favourite product

Please change it back!
Have been using this for years. Like others, I have to share my displeasure at the change in formula. The new scent is ok, although it has a bit too much citrus perhaps. However, it is clearly watered down and does not lather as well as it previously did. So disappointed in this change. It just reeks of cost cutting and not something you would expect from a quality brand. Will definitely search for an alternative. Thankfully you were sold out of 1litre bottles, so I only wasted money on a 250ml.

Why did you change the formula?!?
I have been using Facial Fuel face wash for years and absolutely loved it but the last bottle I bought left me so disappointed. The formula change is a big mistake. It no longer lathers well, it smells like washing up liquid and it leaves my face feeling unwashed! The original was amazing, the new stuff is rubbish. Kiehl’s - pls listen to the reviews and change it back!!
