A bit disappointed
Good cleansing balm. However, not too gentle because it irritates your eyes. Could feel my eyes stinging when I tried to take my eye make up off. Smell is a bit off. Would prefer if it had a little spoon. Decent product but there are better cleansing balms put there

Love this for removing makeup
Love this product. It removes my makeup so easily, including mascara. As someone with very thin skin I love that it is gentle and just makes my makeup melt away. Without pulling or being harsh on my skin. A little goes a long way with this product and I love the way my skin looks and feels after using this product

Huge jar
Works good and the jar is nice just too big for the product you get. Takes up a lot of space on the shelf. Not feasible when you have a large skincare collection so I probably wouldn’t reach for it again. But it’s works well.

Wanted to love it...
I like the texture of this cleansing balm - it melted nicely on my skin and did a thorough job of taking off makeup. It did seem to require more rinsing than other first step cleansers I've used. My main gripe is that it broke me out horribly. I checked the ingredient listing and Ethylhexyl Palmitate is the first ingredient, which is highly acnegenic. If you have acne prone or reactive skin, I'd suggest skipping this.
