Love this balm!
I really love Omorovicza products and this Thermal Cleansing Balm is no exception! The smell is beautiful and spa-like. The balm cleanses skin without stripping it and without irritation. I found that my skin felt so soft after use. Only (tiny!) gripe is that its dark colour makes it a little messy to use in the bathroom however this is easily rinsed off

Nice experience, but not a staple
I had a mini so was able to use this a few times. It is not conducive to a routine use, since it's so expensive, it's more of a weekly experience or something like that. It was nice, but I can't understand how this would fit in a normal routine. My heart wouldn't let me use it for make up removal, so it was more of a middle cleanse, since I still felt the need to remove any traces with a gel cleanser :)

SPA treatment
This is a SPA treatment for my face. The balm is quite oily. I use a cloth to washed it off. After that, I additionally cleanse my face with a gel, as an oil film remains on my face. The balm has an excellent ingredient list and it does not contains harmful ingredients. The scent is natural and very pleasant.

Favourite cleanser
I don’t agree with any of the bad reviews for this. Personally, I think it’s the best cleanser out there and I’ve tried many. I don’t know if the people who are saying it doesn’t come off are doing it right. You only need a little bit and work it into dry skin including eye area then wash off or tissue off. It leave skin so super clean and lovely and gently buffed. Great to prepare for serum and moisturiser etc I did use a La Mer one and I’ll never go back now.
Best Use: Breakouts & Acne, Hydrating

Feels like a dep cleanse
Probably not for every day use as it is quite a routine, and does need to be washed off with a warm cloth, but it feels like a deep nourishing cleanse. It can take off makeup, but I wouldn't put it near your eyes. It's got a slightly exfoliating texture, and a pleasant, not too strong fragrance
Best Use: Hydrating
