Not so great
I bought this as I needed something gentle to remove eye make up and it seemed a bonus as it said it helped the lashes grow. So far I have seen no difference and I struggle to get my mascara off properly so I am left with panda eyes in the morning . I definitely will not be re buying this product again as so disappointed
Not for me
There is a chance I expected too much from this product, but if it’s a cleanser, then it should be able to remove any mascara and any traces of the eye shadow sticks, right? Well, not in my case. I ended up using a different eye make up remover product prior to this one hoping to at least to give my eye lashes a boost - no noticeable change whatsoever. Not for me then.
Effective and powerful - except for the packaging
The eye makeup remover liqud is gentle yet productive; it removes mascara etc quickly and without any stinging or reaction thankfully. The only problem I have with this product is the pump nozzle - it takes ages to expel the liquid out and you don't know which direction it's going to pour. If you pump several times into a cotton pad, soak the thing, you'll only need one swipe and vamoosh!

I received this product in gift set. Due to lash boosting promises I have been using it as last cleanser after make-up remover and face wash to remove last traces of makeup. Well, technically it does what it says - removes makeup. It looks nice on the dressing table and bottle is hygienic with pump BUT after almost a month use I haven't noticed any benefits around my eye area or lashes. Price is very expensive for 80ml bottle as most eye make up removes come in 150-200ml bottles and are cheaper. Will not repurchase.
This remover does the job without requiring too much rubbing, which is bad for the delicate skin around the eyes and bad for your lashes. The main problem of this make up remover is that a cotton pad soaks so much of this cleanser that it mostly stays soaked in the pad and not on your eyelashes. It just a waste of the cleanser and so the waste of money.
