I got this as part of a set. It smells great and is nice to put on your lips before bed and feels luxurious. How much it does for your lips I'm not sure, while they do feel good after sleeping in it, I was expecting a little bit more, but I think the price is good and the smell is really nice. It did make the skin around my mouth feel a little dry oddly. I will however continue to use and would recommend.

Sadly not what I hoped for
These masks have been viral and seem to be a crowd pleaser, but it didn't wow me. Smells nice, tons of scents to choose from, but doesn't really do a good job at hydrating my lips, if they are very dry this is of no help unfortunately. Much prefer a thicker lip balm and works much better than this.

Super soft on the lips!!
The Laneige Lip sleeping mask is super soft on the lips and I love applying it with the mini spatuala! I bought mine in the shade Vanilla and the scent is wonderful!! This is definitely an expensive purchase but I think it feels really luxurious. Overall, I don't this is a necessary step in my routine, however, if you're looking for a hydrating lip mask and don't mind the price, I would definitely recommend! My favourite way to apply is during the day over the top of a lipstain.

Good but overhyped
I understand why this product has a cult following. The flavours are fun and it certainly does hydrate my lips when I use it overnight. However it doesn’t do much more than that. I don’t really see any plumping effect or much difference in that regard. It also just sort of sits on top of my lips which is nice if I’m going for a glossy look but sometimes that’s not the feeling I’m going for with a balm.
