This toner has a milky serum texture that is formulated with ceramides. These work to lock in moisture to the skin for long-lasting hydration. The rich but lightweight liquid absorbs easily into the skin, helping to create a supple base ready for further steps in the skincare routine.

Panthenol and glycerin complete the trio of ingredients designed for long-lasting moisture. These help the toner visibly plump the skin to leave it with a smoother, nourished appearance. The toner works without leaving a residue to help leave the complexion with a fresh luminosity.
