Use in the AM and/or PM before your moisturiser. Apply 1 pump of oil into palms and massage onto the face, neck and décolleté. Repeat if necessary.
AM routine example: Cleanse, Tone, Eye Cream, The Support Oil, The Moisturiser, SPF.
PM routine example: Double Cleanse, Retinoid 1, Eye Cream, The Support Oil.
When using the Treatment products, the Retinoids and The Support Oil, within the same routine, you can also use the oil before your retinoid to act as a buffer.

Lovely oil
This oil does exactly what it says on the label, it's soothing, hydrating and doesn't leave a greasy residue. I use it in the evenings after my routine and it works amazing after retinol! It gives me a lovely glow when I wake up in the morning. It's also helped massively with the drying side effects of the topical antibiotics I'm using for the perorial dermatitis I'm battling at the moment. Best facial oil I've used and would highly recommend to anyone.

I love using a facial oil and usually use La Mer which is a light texture, nourishing and easily absorbed. This oil is a heavier texture and I find, even using a small amount, it sits on the skin. however, it is very nourishing and is a pleasure to use. I think it would be suited more to a dryer skin or winter weather.

The Best
I adore Skin Rocks and all of their products. This is one of the best facial oils I have ever tried. I use it during the colder months or whenever my skin is in need of hydration and extra care. I really try not to over-exfoliate, but when I do, the Support Oil is my saviour!

Love this oil
I’ve been using this oil for about 3 months now I use a couple of times a week. I mostly use after using the Retnoid 1 or if I dry patches where a breakout is healing. My skin feels a lot softer looks more hydrated and moistures after using this. Absorbs into the skin really well. I love that it’s fragrance free. Really like it’s a pump not a dropper. Definitely buy again.
