It's very thick
Kiehl's Avocado nourishing hydration mask, it's very rich and waxy face mask, I use it as a night treatment mask in the last step of my night skin care routine but I didn't noticed any difference of how my skin feel's in the next morning, overall it's nice but not my favourite hydrating mask.

Not for me
A subpar mask that lasts forever. I've been using this mask1-2 times a week for more than 6 months, but I haven't seen any noticeable results. It undoubtedly has a lovely colour and texture, and does not leave a bad oily film after rinsing. However, I didn't see any basic hydration, even with my complex skin. Will not purchase again.

the mask has an interesting texture and color, which completely repeat the avocado. so when you apply it on your face, it seems that you are smearing a natural avocado. I always use a cleansing or peeling mask first, and then an avocado mask. my skin loves it so much

Like a guacamole dip
I received a deluxe sample of this for my birthday. When I initially squeezed the product out, it made me laugh because it was exactly like smearing guacamole on your face. Happy to report it was hydrating and didn’t break out my sensitive skin. I’m not usually a fan of Kiehl’s (the lab coat-wearing salespeople need to stop) but this is one of the better products from their range.

Chunky and difficult to apply
I've held off writing a review until trying it a few times, thinking perhaps I just needed to get the hang of it. But it is just really difficult to apply. The product is quite solid, but upon trying to scoop it up and warm between my hands quite a few chunks of the product fall down and are lost. And then when applying directly onto my face, again it's difficult to really smooth out or get an even layer. The instructions say to apply a generous layer but the produc just won't sit on the face like that, it crumbles off! Results are nice but not outstanding. Positives are its quite a big pot and it doesn't feel as if you need a super generous amount. Secondly that your skin does feel softer, at least immediately after use.
