Apply two to three pumps on to your face, neck, décolleté and eye contour, each morning and night. Gently massaging into skin until it is absorbed.
How to use the Alter-Care Serum refill system:
- Lift the refill out of the bottle
- Hold the neck of the refill, unscrew the cap and put it aside
- Take the pump and screw the refill into it
- Hold the bottle with the STELLA logo facing you, then insert the pump and refill into the bottle with the pump facing you. Ensure it is fully inserted and then screw until you hear a click.
- Keep the cap of the refill if you wish to use it by itself or on the go

A bit a confusing title!
Nice little sample tube came in my Space NK birthday gift (as well as it being one of the samples I chose in the same order) so I’ve had a chance to try for a week. I was curious to try it. Would be great if such a great name could came out with a vegan eco line of more affordable skincare... People might pay this much for the name… but I can’t as I’m not entirely convinced . Would be great if such a name came out with a vegan eco line of affordable skincare. But it’s an ineffective sticky money-pit with a cheapie scent.. People will pay this for the name… but I won’t…. Not convinced!

I tried a sample, which i thought wasnt enough to see a difference, as it was just a small tube, But then i got a full size from my local space nk in Hampstead store, first it was a proper good size 50 ml for that price is really good, second it is so good for my sensitive skin, i tried a natural brand Emma Lewisham before, and i got allergic reaction;-( , I think sample was not enough for me to see thw difference, so needed to get full size

I received a generous sample of this serum so I was able to try for several days. I don’t have anything negative to say but I didn’t find this serum did anything noticeable or special to my skin which is dry and sensitive. It isn’t particularly hydrating for my skin so it would probably be better for someone with less dry skin. I personally wouldn’t buy this.

Alter-Care serum
I was excited to try this Stella McCartney product and received a generous sample, so great could use multiple times. The alter-Care serum has a really refreshing light fragrance, maybe owing to the algae extract and marine spring water. Upon application the serum is very nourishing and I felt a little went a long way. I loved that it could be applied to the face, neck, décolletage, and eye area. My skin has been hydrated and nourished following use. The only downside is the price point, otherwise I highly recommend this product.

Lovely but v expensive
Feels lovely but very expensive. Not sure exactly what the benefits are, it feel nice but can't say I've seen a huge difference since adding this to my routine. I was recommended this by a Space NK employee as a more cost effective version of the kate somerville hydrating serum. They're about the same price per ml but apparently you need less of this. It's a lovely serum but nothing like the KS one.
