Very gentle shampoo
This is great if you have fine hair that you wash regularly. It is a gentle, non-drying, non-stripping shampoo, so great for daily or frequent shampoo-ers. I don’t need to shampoo that often so this wasn’t really ideal for me, but my partner likes to shampoo daily and he has really liked this. Personally I’m not a fan of the fragrance which is very herbal, almost medicinal.

Good shampoo
I received a generous travel sized version of both this and the conditioner in a GWP. The scent I like, because it's familiar (I used to use this years back) but some may not like it. I feel I need to do 2 washes with this to get my hair feeling clean as it doesn't foam much. But it does leave the hair much softer and smoother - especially alongside the conditioner.

Nice
Got a generous size and used it for a week on holiday. Am nicely surprised as had no idea what 'sap moss' would do to the hair. I feel that it makes the hair stronger and healthier. The texture is nice and light but moisturising. Overall very happy with it.

Great for damaged hair
My 3b curly hair has been damaged by bonding products recently so I have been very wary of the products I use. I trust Aveda products and this shampoo is gentle on my fragile locks and leaves it feeling soft, strong, healthy and hydrated after every wash. Very happy hair!
