Perfect, perfect! For Ebony (African-American)Hair
I absolutely love this conditioner ! It makes my thick wavy/coily hair fill like absolute silk. I have it only 4 stars because the bottle is entirely too small.

Smooths well
This conditioner is very easy to spread and apply to my hair. It melts into my hair instantly. It rinses out very fast, leaving my hair light, very soft and smooth and hydrated moisturized. Keeps like this for days. I use it with conditioner from the same line, then a leave in conditioner, then a few drops of oil.

Bought this product from a store in my town many months ago and once I finished the bottle, I switched to Redken because the Ordinary one kept being out of stock there. The Redken one is actually leaving my hair much drier now and it costs twice! I didn't notice at first the huge difference this conditioner had on my hair since it was kinda short when I started using it and now it's much longer. It leaves a smooth touch after rinsing and the hair is also easy to brush without after products. (I use a leave-in conditioner and oil for the ends) Will buy again once i find it on my store. That said, it's a 4 star review because I don't like the bottle. Not easy to squeeze and due to its consistency, I need to flip it up-side down which makes it very unstable, water gets inside the bottle cap (its very easy to unscrew it so water might even get in the conditioner) and by the end, the product is in the far corners, so to take it out, I need to mix water. Not a fan of the bottle here. Maybe a wider bottle cap would solve some issues here.

Brilliant for fine curls and sensitive scalp
I bought this when it first came out, back then I had very long, thick, curly hair. I thought it was a pretty decent conditioner back then, but not moisturising enough for my very frazzled and dry ends so I put it in the cupboard and forgot about it. Flash forward to january 2024 when I developed Telogen Effluvium due to extreme stress and health issues. My hair was falling out in chunks and I decided to get a curly pixie cut to disguise the thin patches. During this time my scalp also became very dry and sensitive. I still need to use conditioner even though my hair is short becasue of my very porous curls, but i didn't want all those heavy, highly scented conditioners sitting so close to my scalp because it was now so sensitive. I reached for the Ordinary conditioner because it was unscented and I'm so glad I did!! It doesn't upset my scalp in any way and it makes my curls so shiny and smooth but springy nad not weighed down at all. I am in love with this conditioner now!!
