Not too sure
It didn’t leave my hair feeling neither better nor worse. I wouldn’t repurchase, but it was good to try. Tricky bottle to get the last of the product out of, so I felt like quite a bit ended up wasted. I think there are better alternatives in the drugstores out there and there is no need to pay the price for this particular conditioner. Love everything else in general from The Ordinary range so it doesn’t make me change my thinking on the brand as a whole, just perhaps not their best product.

Ups and Downs
I LOVE this product. I HATE the packaging. Firstly, it’s ugly and blocky, secondly the cap is flimsy and every single time I purchase it breaks before I’ve finished the product, and lastly it’s so dang small. I would love if they revamped the packaging in a more classic shampoo/conditioner way. Other than that, this is by far my favorite conditioner. Somehow it is exactly what my fine hair needs. Not too heavy, but intensely hydrating. I love love love it.

Feels good even on bleached and coloured hair
Great conditioner, leaves even chemically treated hair feeling soft and healthy. Doesn't take much! I do think this product would be more suited to a pump bottle, similar to what the body lotion comes in, as it's quite thick and sometimes hard to get out of the current bottle.

My favorite
This is my favorite shampoo and conditioner of all time for my finicky sensitive scalp and my out of control frizzy waves. No itching or flaking and much better control of my hair and no tangles. My only complaint is the tiny plastic bottles. PLEASE consider a non-plastic option, a refill or at least a large bottle which will help reduce the overall plastic.
