Moroccan Rose Body Lotion: Gently massage onto clean skin until absorbed.
Atlantic Kelp and Magnesium Body Wash: In the shower or bath, massage and lather a generous amount over the body with your hands or the help of a loafer. Rinse thoroughly.
Atlantic Kelp and Magnesium Body Lotion: After shower or bath, apply over skin and massage with long strokes from legs upwards until fully absorbed. A small amount will go a long way.
