About-Face was founded in 2021 by Ashley Frangipane, widely known as the singer Halsey. After years of creating their own imaginative makeup looks for performances, red carpet events, magazine covers, and music videos, Halsey quickly learned what makes a high-performance, stage-ready formula. With their self-taught expertise, unmistakable creative flair and desire to build a fun, vibrant platform for creative communities, they dreamt up About-Face. The brand’s ethos is all about being bold, colour-forward, and helping you feel like the truest version of yourself.
