Crafted with rich pigments suspended in a moisturising base, the eye gloss provides a modern alternative to traditional eyeshadows. Developed by top New York makeup artist Troy Surratt, this eye gloss is easy to apply with either the swipe of a fingertip or a sponge-tip applicator for more accuracy.
