The Charlotte Tilbury Retoucher is enriched with special elastomer pearls and a lipo-siliconic compound that work together to create a natural veil over the skin to cover over blemishes and disguise the look of imperfections. Featuring hydrating ingredients, it helps to keep the skin plump and well moisturised while imparting a luminous finish. A vitamin-rich black tea derivative helps to smooth the skin for a seamless-looking surface.
