Apply using the built-in two-in-one applicator.
- Use the angled brush to apply short strokes, filling in any sparse areas of your brows.

For naturally defined brows:
- Groom brow hairs into place with the spoolie.
- Using the angled brush and working from the head of the brow to the natural arch, press the lighter shade of putty onto the brow to fill in sparse areas.
- Use the same technique to apply the deeper shade of putty from the arch of the brow to the tail.
- To finish, use the spoolie to groom brows and soften color as needed.
For bold, full brows:
- Lightly dampen the angled brush with Always an Optimist Four-in-One Mist (sold separately); don’t spray the mist directly onto the brow putty.
- Using the dampened brush and working from the middle of the arch to the tail, stipple the deeper shade of putty onto the brow in short strokes.
