The pH-balanced formula uses key ingredients such as witch hazel and rosemary extracts, which work together to refresh the skin’s appearance and maintain the complexion’s natural balance while removing makeup, oil and impurities that can clog pores, cause breakouts and create an oily look to the skin.

To use, dispense three pumps of the Shiseido Refreshing Cleansing Water onto a cotton pad and wipe gently over the face for clean and clear skin.
