Exfoliate head to toe with an oil free exfoliator before tanning, and apply an oil free moisturiser to drier areas such as knees, elbows and ankles. Once skin is clean and dry areas moisturised, pump the fluffy white foam onto a tanning mitt and glide over skin in circular motions, starting with the legs and working up to your face, applying more product to your mitt as you go. Finish hands, feet and ankles with excess tan left on the mitt to get a natural looking finish. To help your tan last longer, followup with an oil free moisturiser every day, and exfoliate with an oil free exfoliator every few days.
