Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice gift This is a lovely little present for someone who needs some extra help in the sleep department. Both products are pretty tiny. I bought this for myself as well as a friend and I must say that I didn’t get as many uses out of the spray as I would have liked. Maybe I’m too heavy handed, but I like to be able to smell plenty of the luscious scent. Having said that, it’s a nice trial sized product and a steal at the reduced price.

It's also a really nice stocking filler for friends who struggle to sleep. This helps create a bed time ritual and helps improve the quality of sleep. It's very good value as well. The roll on was a nice addition, I applied on my wrist before bed and really enjoyed it.

I spray the pillow spray all over my pillow and sometime the top parts of my duvet and My favourite is applying the rollerball on my pulse points the smell of eucalyptus, frankincense and lavender oil it really is so calming and comforting just before I drift off.

The pillow spray smells super nice and the smell persists until you fall asleep at least, but the roll on is horrible. It smells amazing but it goes away immediately

The calming and soothing scent, especially sprayed on my pillow, helps me fall asleep quicker - I suppose it is distracting me from worrying before I nod off which I have a tendency to do! Especially at the moment with the state of the world. A small pick-me-up which goes a long way for me.
