Allergic Reaction
My husband bought me for my bday the Lamer gift set that includes the serum, eye cream and face cream. I ended up with an allergic reaction to my eyelids after using the ye cream. It initially got itchy and after 1-2 days my eyelid skin was raw, red and hurt to the touch. That's the only thing new I was using on my skincare routine. I stop using it and had to contact a dermatologist because my eyelid skin hurt so much and I had to use a steroid cream which after 7-10 days it helped to heal and back to normal. But I decided to give the eye-cream another try. I use the it by itself and didn't use any other skincare product on me. Almost within 30-45 minutes my eyelids got itchy. So I washed my face with gentle face cream to take any raise of the eye cream left behind. This cream has to have some Ingredient that causes an allergic reaction. I'm so disappointed, as it's an expensive cream and causes a terrible reaction. I would NOT recommend it.

Good cream but expensive
Overall I find this a good eye cream. It gives me a good sense of hydration when applied but not sure if I can notice any difference in dark circles or fine lines.I have been using it for 4 months now but maybe I will switch to a cheaper alternative if I don't get more out of this.

This product was changed
Have used this product before and it was great. Latest one irritated my eyes to they point that they burn, have dry itchy patches, swollen red eye lids...for the price, this is unacceptable

Eye Irritation
I truly thought my allergic reaction to this product was an anomaly. I've been using the eye concentrate for years without issue. While searching for a new La Mer eye product to replace the one that was irritating, I happened upon many other reviews that mentioned similar side effects. Redness, swollen eyes, dry itchy patches...Why is this still on the market? I've always loved my La Mer and use their skin care products almost exclusively. But, now, not only am I concerned about finding an eye concentrate replacement, I'm concerned about the quality control on all on all of my La Mer products.

The best!
I absolutely love this eye concentrate! It’s an expensive treat, but the one beauty product I splash out on. I have tried many cheaper alternatives and my eyes just don’t look so good, the wrinkles are more obvious, and less nourished. I try and look for an offer to treat myself to this, it really is so good, and the pot does last a few months.
