Ideal as the cleansing step of a bath and body routine, this body wash uses ultra-mild surfactants to gently but thoroughly remove grime, sweat and excess oil. Bamboo beads provide gentle exfoliation to buff dry and rough areas, helping to leave the skin soft and silky smooth.
The vegan-friendly, fatty-acid-rich formula includes chia seed, flax seed and marula oils to help moisturise, while a multi-amino acid blend works to strengthen the skin. The nicest exfoliator I've ever used.. but
I genuinely like the product. I love the smell. I like the level of exfoliation. The texture. Everything. So why 1 star? The packaging. It's horrendous. There's a flip lid and a tiny hole. I can only assume they didn't test the product in the packaging as it doesn't work. The product doesn't come out. It has to be stored upside down. Then unscrew the lid and then you can squeeze a gloop out. It's so impractical. If you have any sort of disability in your hands don't buy this. They need to sort this out as the product itself is 5 star.

Confusing
I ordered this because my skin has been feeling a bit dry and I’m a fan of other Drunk Elephant products. It’s quite a thick jelly consistency with exfoliating beads that goes on quite nicely and feels gentle on the skin. The scent is very mild - I prefer something stronger for a body wash, it’s actually quite hard to smell much at all. But the bottle is very confusing. The is a flip top to squeeze out but the opening is so small with the thickness of the product (plus quite a rigid bottle) that I had to squeeze really hard to get the tiniest drop out. So I ended up having to unscrew the top to use which is not ideal. Not sure if my bottle was defective. So I almost like it - with a different scent range and better packaging I would buy again but probably not as it is now.

A great gentle scrub
I'm a big fan of all things Drunk Elephant so was keen to try this when it was released and this is a great cleanser/scrub. If you have dry skin or want to exfoliate while also cleansing your body, this is a great product and I love that you can choose how deep you'd like it scrub simply by increasing the pressure as you wash it off. I also adore the vanilla scent.

Gentle scrub
I have sensitive and itchy skin on my body that gets very easily red. This body wash is perfect gently removing dead skin on my skin type. It smells amazing, light and not overpowering. A little goes a long way. Love it. The bottle is a bit irritating, because it hard to get the bottom of the product out, when you’re about to finish it.

So nice
This is a very nice body cleanser which can be also used as a scrub. If I apply those to a loofah, then it will work like any other shower gel out there ..it is super hydrating and smells like vanilla cookies. But you can also use this on its own to scrub your skin and it is perfect because it will not scratch your skin or feel uncomfortable. Another great product from drunk elephant.
