Very easy to swallow
I have been taking these supplements for approx 3 months. I was reluctant to try these as in the past I found capsules don’t agree with me. But no trouble with these at all, I think this is due to the quality of ingredients used. Main reason was for trying these is because I suffer from eczema, and I want to strengthen my damaged skin. This is a long game with no overnight results, but I am very happy so far. Will be interesting to see the results in another 3 months. Not many ingredients involved so it’s better for the body. Do give it a go🙌🏼

Worth the commitment!
I have been struggling with overly sensitive skin and redness for about eight months now. I used to have sensitive skin in my teenage years but grew out of it. I’m now in my early 40s and have noticed my skin changing again. After a bit of research I saw that these supplements were highly recommended. I’ve been taking two a day for nearly a month now and I can already see the difference! my skin has dramatically reduced the redness is not as itchy as it was and doesn’t seem to get irritated as easily. I still need to be careful with it, but I’ve really noticed the difference. I’ve always had strong nails and thick hair, but I’ve noticed a difference in reduction of shedding of my hair. All in all I’m really impressed and will be continuing with these supplements. It is expensive and a commitment but I think it’s worth it. I’m very happy!

Early signs are positive
Easy to swallow capsules. My skin is starting to feel clearer although it is early days, so I need a few more weeks until I can see the full results. Expensive but bought when in the sale.
