Amazing
What a great product! Does the job beautifully, makes my bleached and damaged hair look and feel amazing. Also it’s easy to comb. Little bit of a hassle because you apply it before you wash your hair but it is so worth it. Highly recommend! Won’t be without it. Try it, you won’t regret it.

Looks like I got off lightly
I received a sample of this and used only once. I am a fan of other products in this range and was keen to try a new one. I change my hair colour frequently and it can get dry, so I thought I was the perfect candidate. I thought I'd give my hair a treat after a recent bleach followed by colour. I left it on for about 10 - 15 minutes and washed off. It didn't do anything for my hair but it did make the colour go very dull and wash away in places. Wish I'd read the reviews beforehand - it seems very hit-and-miss. Thankfully, not too much harm done because my hair is short and I can top up colour as and when, but this could have cost someone a fortune if they'd just had their long hair done.

Un incontournable !
Ce produit est devenu un incontournable de ma routine cheveux. Avec un balayage ou une coloration ce produit est un indispensable a avoir à combiner avec le numéro 0 pour plus d’effet. On voir une réelle amelioration des cheveux et c’est tres simple d’utilisation, a laisser poser avant le shampooing. Je le rachete a chaque fois !

Used a whole bottle of this to give it a chance and I’m still not entirely sure what it’s supposed to be doing. I followed all the instructions but I didn’t see much difference in how hair but did notice that there was more hair fall than usual after

Works perfectly IF it's what your hair needs
This stuff is incredible as long as you know how to assess your hair needs and you don't overdo it. It's not a mask, it's not a conditioner. It's a specialised treatment for a specific problem. It's not a holy grail for everyone. The first time I got this I overdid it and on the 4th use I ended up with very dry parched hair. After trial and error, I realised my mistake was using it every wash. The results are so good when it works that it's very tempting to use it every time. My hair likes a lot of protein and if I use this on a protein heavy product day or shortly after, my hair reacts badly and gets very dry. Now I only use this once every 8-10 washes and I've never had this issue again. I get the smooth, strong hair result every time and it really helps maintain my hair health. I do think it takes a bit of experience and/or experimenting to figure out how this works into your routine and if your hair actually needs it and how often.
