I recently received a free sample of this and it was such an average face cream, i certainly wouldn't say it was rich. I have very dry skin, and this may be better in the summer when my skin isn't as dry. although would definitely not recommend for the winter time.
Best Use: Firming
Fine, bit stingy
I've tried the sample of this provided in a recent GWP and it's a nourishing night cream, but I can't say I notice any particular benefit to using this over others. Furthermore I do not have particularly sensitive skin, however something in this (possibly the amber?) can cause a stinging sensation if I apply it without a buffer between my serum and the cream. Not ideal!
Best Use: Hydrating
Nothing special
A few chemical ingredients I am surprised to see in here I must admit given the brands marketing and brand ethos. It’s a nice enough texture and smell but not sure it really does a lot. Wouldn’t recommend at this price point, it would need to have more effective ingredients in and a cleaner list of ingredients for me to do so.
Nice packaging
I was sent this to try recently. The packaging is really nice and feels very luxurious when you are opening it. It is a nice glass jar and the cream lasts a long time. Whilst it feels nice, I’m not sure I noticed a difference in my skin whilst using it.
