Place the Therabody Neck & Chest LED Device on a clean, dry neck and chest, ensuring the magnetic clasp is securely fastened. Press and hold the power button to begin the 9-minute treatment, which combines red and infrared LED light therapy with optional heat and vibration massage. Customise your massage and heat settings using the dedicated buttons, then relax while the treatment runs. The device will automatically switch off when complete, or you can end the session at any time by pressing and holding the power button. Use once daily and discontinue use if discomfort occurs.
