Additionally, the gel is waterproof, so no smudging or transfer occurs. For best results, click twice to dispense the eyeliner gel and apply as desired. Replace cap after each use. Available in three shades, each mechanical pencil provides between 17 and 20 applications. This eyeliner is also free from gluten, phthalates, mineral oil, talc, synthetic fragrances and synthetic dyes.
