Crafted with rich pigments suspended in a moisturising base, the eye gloss provides a modern alternative to traditional eyeshadows. Developed by top New York makeup artist Troy Surratt, this eye gloss is easy to apply with either the swipe of a fingertip or a sponge-tip applicator for more accuracy.
Available in a wide range of shades, Surratt Lid Lacquer has a non-sticky, buildable formula that supports the creation of a variety of unique looks.
