Nice addition to night time ritual
Nice relaxing scented mist. This makes a nice addition to your nighttime routine crating a relaxing aroma for unwinding. Like this scent as doesn't feel as lavender heavy as the neom one and really fills the room with only a couple of sprays. My favourite version of these sleep aid sprays

This is the second one I have bought as it smells lovely and makes going to bed a fragrant pleasure.

I give it 3 stars. This is not a bad product in any way I just expect a lot more from Bamford. It smells comforting and cozy (a pillow spray after all, with lavender being the main scent) but that's about it. I don't find it especially sleep inducing either.

I love the wellbeing products in this brand and the sleep mist is no exception. Has a lovely, light calming scent that helps me relax before bed and drift off to sleep. If you are looking for a natural product to help make bedtime a bit more special, then I highly recommend this product.

Calming
The smell is subtle comparing to the other aromatherapy products I used before, I find the strong scent will disturb me from falling asleep, so this one is just about right. The calming therapeutic smell does help me sleep, and it has become one of my night routine now. Highly recommend!
