Lovely oil
I've recently gotten to try all the AA oils after buying their discovery set. This one isn't my favorite of the bunch but I would say it is a good one to chose if you are not someone who only takes baths before bed. The scent is more of the neutral side so not necessarily something that would put you to sleep, and it's slightly more herbal than others.

Subtle pick me up
Another winner from AA, this shower gel has a subtle yet effective pick me up. I use this more frequently than the deep shower oil because the scent is lovely and not as strong. It lathers well despite being an oil and it really leaves my skin feel clean and hydrated. A perfect gift also.

top quality bath oil
All of the Aromatherapy Associates oils are excellent. I occasionally use them in the shower by pouring a little oil in my hands, inhaling several times, then rub the oil in my chest and shoulders before stepping into a hot shower. However, you do get a better experience using them in a bath as the fragrance of course lasts much longer. This one is supposed to "help find calm and focus morning or evening" and I agree that it's neutral or generally relaxing, it doesn't feel like it's for the AM or PM. So a great option if you don't want to have a oil for every occasion, this is a good all-rounder.

Smells of hope and peace
