This vegan-friendly body wash is formulated with a powerful AHA blend that includes glycolic, pyruvic, lactic and tartaric acids. Using coacervate technology to form small coacervate aggregates, it uniformly coats the skin. While the mild surfactants cleanse the skin and are rinsed away, the actives adhere for optimal efficacy.
A bath and body product suitable for all skin types, it is enriched with hydrating red algae. Helping to exfoliate and resurface rough and bumpy texture, it sloughs away dead skin cells to leave a softer, smoother, more supple appearance.

Definitely smoothing!
I have the classic "chicken skin" on my arms and I have found this amazing in leaving my skin soft but not itchy (which happens a lot for me. It doesn't have a fragrance in which I feel is a miss but understand if this comes from a sensitivity stand point.
Slow progress but it works
I love the size of this product, it's huge and a little goes a long way. For scarring, especially older scars, you need to be patient but it does work in clearing them. It's very gradual - I didn't notice they were fading at first and was only continuing to use the body wash because I spent £18 on it, but they did fade even though I wasn't using it daily. I knocked a star off because it doesn't really have much of a scent but I guess that does help sensitive skin users so not much of a problem.

This works so well at removing and keeping kp away on your arms - it leaves them soft and clear which is the goal - I’ve tried a number of products and feel this one has worked the best for me - I love the packaging too any pump bottles are my favourite for the shower

It works
I finally caved and bought this after telling myself for so long I didn't need it, and I wish I had purchased it a lot sooner! Within 5 uses every other shower the rough skin on the back of my arms has completely disappeared. It is pricey for shower gel, but a little goes a long way and you don't need to use it every day.

Lovely product
Naturium's The Smoother Glycolic Acid Exfoliating Body Wash is really quite an impressive product. It's great for teasing out skin bumps and also helping to reduce ingrown hairs on legs as it gives them an excellent exfoliation. At the moment I'm using it daily but will monitor if the glycolic acid has any drying effect.
