Nice but not life changing
I had high hopes for the hand treatment, I was not disappointed, it is very nourshing, hydrating and feels great but I did find it a little "plain". Now if you dont like your products scented or have sensitive skin then this would be perfect I imagine, however I personally like the whole experience of a product as well as the active ingredients so having a more recognisable or stronger scent given the price mark would probably have pushed this up to 5 stars.

Total Game Changer
I have severe psoriasis and it’s particularly bad on my hands, have had various treatments from phototherapy(whole body) biologic injections and on high potency steroid creams. I have spent gazillions on various hand creams that are supposed to soothe and heal ( so over influencers) anyway as I shop at Space NK browsing through the website I decided on trying the AB hand cream….well I’ve tried probably everything else on the market so why not……so my usual routine is during the day is copious amounts of hand cream regularly and then wearing cotton gloves (my hands are constantly sore and the skin cracks and opens ) so first application of the hand cream and it just soaked in like instantly, applied more and gloves on, throughout the first day I found that I didn’t need to reapply the cream as often, at night I use a high potency steroid cream (only to be used once a day) and then gloves, after three days of using the hand cream I noticed and felt a considerable difference in my hands, so that night I didn’t use the steroid cream, just the AB hand cream and what a difference I have been using this hand cream for now on three weeks (reordered) and the difference in my hands is incredible….only have to use the steroid cream maybe just once in the week so all good, yes it’s expensive but it works and now wouldn’t be without it, please AB don’t change the formula as some of these brands do, this ain’t broken so don’t try to fix it …..total game changer for me as I can now go out without having to wear white cotton gloves

Excellent for not only dry
Excellent for not only dry skin but the look that comes with aging. My hands look softer and smoother after 2 weeks, daily use, twice a day. Great product!

The Hand Treatment
I haven’t been using the hand cream long enough to see any significant improvement but I’m eager to see how my hands look after 2-3 months of regular use.
