Great muscle gel
This is svery good muscle gel. I had it for a while and found it after a workout when my muscles were feeling very sore. It is quite effective and gives a nice cooling effect, very relaxing. I love the scent as well, as with all aromatherapy products. Highly recommend it either for a gift or if you work out of pull muscles

Great for tired muscles!
I received this gel for a Christmas present and absolutely love it! It works really well on tired and achey muscles, especially after a long day. The texture is lovely, it goes on easily and smoothly. I will definitely be re-purchasing when I run out. The fragrance is also lovely but it is strong (as with other Aromatherapy products).

Actually works!
I had a small bottle of this from a GWP years ago. I happened to come across it whilst organizing and ironically, it was perfect timing as I’d had a pain in my leg for a number of days (after a leg cramp). I was amazed that this actually works! It greatly reduced the soreness in my calf. That being said: I do wonder if the massaging motion on the leg contributed towards this in addition to the gel. Additionally, I didn’t feel any ‘warmth’ as mentioned in the description - it’s a cooling gel. Pleasant, calming scent and a holistic way to look after aches and pains.
