This makes it ideal for building layers from a subtle, soft wash of colour to a vibrant, hyper-intense finish.
Artistique Blush - La Rosee Du Soir: Formulated using the unique Japanese ‘slurry’ method, Surratt Artistique Blush is easily blended, allowing for buildable, easy application. This lightweight blush can also be dusted onto the skin to create a soft-focus glow on the cheeks.
