Thoroughly wet hair from roots to ends with luke warm water. Lather a quarter size amount of MEDIUM shampoo in hands and then work into roots and where hair touches the scalp. Rinse shampoo. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying conditioner. Apply a quarter size amount of MEDIUM conditioner, focusing on midshaft and ends. Rinse with cold water to close the hair cuticle and added shine.

Didn't blow me away

I received samples of Ouai shampoo and conditioner with a recent order and was interested to try due to all the hype around every product. It's a decent enough conditioner,I have fine to medium hair with lots of it and it moisturized my hair and left it tangle free while rinsing out easily and not leaving any residue. As I said,decent enough but didn't blow me away. All Ouai products smell amazing though.

So good!

Finally, I found a shampoo that works for me! I have quite a lot of hair on my head but they are thin so I want something that will hydrate them but not weigh down my long curls. This shampoo is so good for that, so moisturizing yet light and the scent is amazing - strong though so if you don't loke it than it might be a problem because it stays on for days! Would repurchase!

bit too pricey but

okay i wanted to know what the hype was about so splashed out. i don’t feel a huge transformation with my hair however, it’s finally a conditioner that is conditioning enough to get through my tangles of fine hair but light enough not to weigh down my thin hair! love that it’s cruelty free and vegan :))

Excellent product

I bought this in conjunction with the matching shampoo as since moving from a hard water area to a soft one my fine hair has become even more unmanageable. This brand really suits my hair and controls its tendency to frizz. It’s definitely much smoother. It is quite thick so is reluctant to leave the bottle so I may invert it asI go down the bottle.

Okay

I really wanted to live this but I just can’t seem to get along with it. This is the second time trying this and it smells nice, detangled well and hair is soft and shinny however, by the end of the day I feel like my hair is greasy and needs washing again. It’s not for me.
