Regular face primer works just fine

I usually love Anastasia Beverly Hills brow products, I have their gel products and their brushes and they are the best on the market. However, I feel that the brow primer is out to get consumers' money rather than helping with the brows. I have used regular face primers over my brows in the 10 years I have done my make-up, and the brow products stay on my face fine. I'd be happy to try this - but not for the price given a regular primer works fine.

Pricey for what it is

I previously had a budget version of this item but sadly it was discontinued so I decided to give this a go. It does pretty much the exact same thing but this is much pricier, especially for what is just a primer and product to tame your brows before applying anything. It feels nice on my brows but I'm not sure I would rush to buy this again.
