Not for straight lashes
I wanted to like this. I gave my eyelashes a good curl then applied it, building it up at the roots then stretching to the ends. It is very liquidy, which I've found weighs down the lashes, and if they're already straight, forget about it. There was no lengthening effect, no volumising, and definitely no holding of the curl even for a few seconds so you could see what you were getting up to. I don't like throwing money away, but I felt like insisting on this would be putting good money on bad, so into the bin it went.

Great mascara
This is probably my favourite mascara and has been for about a year, and it's the only one I have actually repurchased. I always try a new one when I get the chance, but I actually like very few of them. I have hooded eyes and straight lashes, so I don't like anything that makes them clump together or gives too thick a look. This lets me add length and hold the wand in place to curl them. The colour is a good strong black, so you don't need to really thicken lashes for impact. I think it's a combination of a good basic formula (there's not much you can do with mascara formulation really) and a very cleverly designed wand. I'm looking forwards to trying the Lisa Eldridge to see if it can knock this off top spot, as it's the only likely contender in ages.

Quite a good mascara.
I got this for Christmas and I have been using this mascara over 6 months and it was a good mascara, it’s quite thick and can become clumpy but it’s still a good mascara I am glad I gave it a go, I probably would use this if I was travelling or as a trial basis item. .

Beautiful
The diamond shaped applicator makes this mascara easy to apply and leaves the lashes high in volume. It is a dark black and I find that this is flattering on everyone. It is particularly good for adding length and volume to the lashes. Overall it is a great product and I will definitely be repurchasing.

I am not impressed!
I had so big expectation for this mascara because it had a lot of positive reviews. But after one month of use it became very dry. My lashes are not separated as in the begin of use. I will not buy Charlotte Tilbury mascara again and can not recommend it. Unfortunately!
