Replace a favourite lipstick in an environmentally conscious way with the Hourglass Confession High Intensity Refillable Lipstick – Refill, a vegan-friendly lipstick that delivers creamy, long-wearing colour. It is designed to be used with the brand's refillable Confession applicator and can be easily interchanged with other lipstick colours from the line.

Formulated with Red 0, the Hourglass Confession High Intensity Refillable Lipstick – Refill accentuates, contours and defines the lips with saturated colour. It imparts a satin finish that will not smudge or feather.

In partnership with Unilever, Hourglass developed an animal-friendly substitute for carmine, a commonly used red pigment made from crushed insects. The result was Red 0, a bold and vibrant true red hue derived from 100% vegan ingredients.
